Full Viking day with Ancient Visitor

Our full-day Viking workshop for primary school pupils offers an immersive, curriculum-aligned experience that vividly brings the Viking world to life. Throughout the day, students will delve into the fascinating world of Viking gods and goddesses, uncover legendary myths, and engage with tools and objects that were integral to everyday Viking life, including handling artefacts that connect them directly to the past. They’ll also learn and play traditional Viking games, examine authentic weapons and armour, and participate in re-enactments of famous Viking battles around Britain, providing a dynamic and interactive way to understand the life of a Viking raider.
